Shipping Policy
Sade Renee utilizes a made-to-order business model that allows us to eliminate unnecessary inventory and keep costs down while offering you high-quality products. Each shirt, hoodie, phone case, and even journal is printed for each order, which means your item is made just for you! Our products are sourced from printing suppliers that use premium, high-quality materials, with some of our apparel being made organically -- a plus for the planet.

Because our products are sourced from our printing partners, it takes an average of 2-5 business days for products to print and upwards of 22 business days for items to be shipped and delivered, although most items should arrive within 10 business days. Rest assured, your item(s) will arrive packaged with our brand label by a reputable mail carrier such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Currently, Sade Renee does not ship products outside the United States.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest-quality products at the lowest price possible. Our made-to-order printing process is a great sustainability practice that helps eliminate unnecessary inventory and reduces energy and waste. It’s a win-win for both you and the planet.
Refund Policy
​​You may cancel your order BEFORE it ships. However, once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our products are sourced from reputable printing sources that use the highest-quality material to produce the best products for you, guaranteed. However, if your item arrives damaged or with print defects, we will offer you a replacement for the same item or a full refund. However, we do not offer exchanges or returns. If the item arrives damaged, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to initiate a return.

Since our products are produced on demand, we reserve the right to deny requests for refunds or replacements.

Conditions for replacements or refunds:

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

The product is damaged as a result of shipping.

The order was lost during shipping.

The order has not been delivered to the address in 22 days.

The tracking number has not been updated in 22 days.​​​

A refund will not be offered if:

The product has been worn, stained, cut, or damaged by the customer.

There are alterations made to the product.

The wrong address is entered on the shipping information page.

The wrong size was ordered.

For clothing sizes: Please make sure that you select the correct size for your apparel order. A refund will not be offered if the product size was entered incorrectly. However, if there is a size defect or the incorrect size was shipped instead of the customer's preferred size, a replacement will be offered.
For wrong address: Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address before purchasing any item.

Once items are shipped, Sade Renee is not responsible for what happens during transit. That responsibility rests solely on the mail carrier selected for delivery.

Once your refund request has been received and approved, we will refund the full dollar amount to your banking account. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Depending on your bank, your refund may take 3-7 business days to process and appear in your account.
